Refund policy

We do not accept returns on any item.  This allows us to guarantee our customers the highest quality products. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Claims need to be made 15 days from receipt.  To inform us of a damaged or incorrect product, email us at pfos@pfos.com.  We will let you know how to proceed once we are able to evaluate your claim.

 

Refunds
In the event we need to issue a refund, we will refund your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
